I have a new compilation album out today on most streaming and download sources called “highdesertspaces“. It’s very special to me as all of the music was written and released during my time living in New Mexico. Between 2010 and 2018, I was writing and producing House and Techno while DJing all over the great state of enchantment. I began producing ‘dance music’ around 2001 when I left Texas for Carolina, and wanted to get away from the live-band situation that had been my norm since my teenage years. After about a year of trying every genre while throwing away almost everything I created, my tracks started vastly improving. I soon was giving away tunes to adventurous DJ’s and “releasing” them on the Sony website Acid Planet. Through that site and a few of their remix contests, I began chatting with touring DJ’s who suggested that I start releasing my tracks commercially instead of giving them away! By 2007 I formed Mover Music to release my own music, but by 2009 I was getting single and remix offers from larger imprints which led to moving on. It was also at this time that we moved on to north Albuquerque where we bought a house. This was the beginning of Il Domanii Studio!

THIS collection of music represents that decade when I released over 60 singles, remixes, and EP’s. The clubs, raves, and outdoor parties in New Mexico had a cathartic influence on my creativity during this time, which you can hear in these personally selected works. By the time we moved back to Texas at the end of the decade, I was already immersing myself in dark ambient, psychedelic jazz, and progressive electronics which is where I am today.
