Another Bandcamp Friday is upon us. Why not check out Daily Nightly? I recorded the basic tracks to this album in 2019, and was ready for collaborators in 2020…when Covid-19 hit! All of the original players that I had envisioned for the record suddenly disappeared or lost interest during the pandemic, and I was stuck with a half finished album. Enter Mark Cook of Herd of Instinct and Darrin Kobetich with their sonic maelstrom of string instruments. From their home studios, they filled out the tunes with their own unique styles. It was released in June of 2021, added my Bandcamp library in February of 2022. I hope you enjoy it!

“Originally inspired by the ECM recordings of Eberhard Weber, Ralph Towner, Steve Tibbetts, Steve Eliovson, and Nils Petter Molvær, Mark and Darrin took Terry’s concepts to vastly different areas altogether, utilizing elements of Psychedelia as well as Krautrock serialism into the sonic vision.
